The Senior Manager, Learning & Development plays a key role in strengthening the ASPCA’s learning ecosystem by designing, producing, and delivering high-impact development programs for staff at all levels. This role focuses on mentoring programs, live learning sessions, and LMS content development while partnering closely with HR leadership to elevate learning strategy across the organization.
