ROLE SNAPSHOT
EdFuel is seeking a Director of Talent Management to lead holistic client engagements with schools, districts, and education nonprofits across the country. You'll collaborate directly with C-suite leaders like CEOs, Chief Talent Officers, and Heads of School to design equitable talent systems covering recruitment, onboarding, compensation, performance evaluation, and professional development. This role requires exceptional project management skills to navigate complex stakeholder relationships, build authentic connections with senior leaders, and manage through ambiguity while creating lasting impact on both staff and students.
