ROLE SNAPSHOT

EdFuel is seeking a Director of Talent Management to lead holistic client engagements with schools, districts, and education nonprofits across the country. You'll collaborate directly with C-suite leaders like CEOs, Chief Talent Officers, and Heads of School to design equitable talent systems covering recruitment, onboarding, compensation, performance evaluation, and professional development.
