ROLE SNAPSHOT
Comcast is hiring a Specialist 2, HRSC Benefit Ops to serve as a primary HR point-of-contact for company employees, providing quality support services for escalated HR issues with high customer satisfaction and expertise. You'll provide consultation to domestic and international employees on HR inquiries including payroll processes, HR policies, compensation, recruitment, leave of absence, and learning, resolve pay-related issues by partnering with Payroll and Tax teams, process fulfillment requests (termination packets, LOA letters, subpoenas), support severance and I-9 business processes, and investigate unique/complex HR issues outside basic training scope. This role requires analytical thinking, Excel proficiency, experience with Alteryx preferred, and the ability to work variable schedules including nights and weekends as necessary.
