ROLE SNAPSHOT
Leading Educators is hiring a Director of System Strategy to lead targeted advisory engagements focused on strengthening instructional coherence and strategic system improvement within district and state partnerships. You'll work directly with superintendents and senior instructional leaders to assess system conditions, clarify strategic priorities, and translate them into actionable plans, serve as project lead from contract launch through completion translating contracts into defined scopes of work, guide system leaders in evaluating how technology investments and AI tools align to instructional goals, and integrate technology as strategic lever for instructional improvement.
Experience required: Minimum 8 years in system-level instructional leadership, strategy, or client-facing advisory roles, demonstrated expertise in mathematics instruction (strong preference), experience advising district-level leaders on instructional coherence, experience leveraging technology and AI as strategic lever to improve instruction, and AI Fluency at Expert level.
