ROLE SNAPSHOT

Humana is hiring a Workforce Forecast Analyst to develop staffing plans, workload forecasts, and resource allocation optimization for Contact Center and back-office operations. You'll generate accurate forecasts (+/- 5% variance) for weeks 1-5, create staffing requirements at weekly, daily, and interval levels, and analyze data to enhance workforce planning models. This role requires minimum 3 years of Workforce Management experience with hands-on knowledge of WFO software like Verint or Genesys, plus intermediate proficiency in Microsoft products (OneDrive, Excel, PowerPoint). You'll collaborate with operations teams and WFM stakeholders to proactively address service level risks, monitor KPIs, and support annual hiring plan development aligned with budget cycles. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple complex projects with attention to detail are essential. The position operates Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Eastern Time with flexibility for business needs, and occasional travel to Humana offices may be required. Bonus: Experience with SQL, Tableau, or other analytics tools is preferred, and California, Illinois, Montana, and South Dakota residents receive bi-weekly internet expense payments.
