ROLE SNAPSHOT

Zapier is hiring a Readiness Program Manager to build and scale AI-driven systems that ensure their Support team is prepared for every product and feature launch. You'll own the entire readiness ecosystem—bridging project management, knowledge governance, and training—while orchestrating information flow between Support, Product, Engineering, and GTM teams. This role requires 5+ years of experience in program management, enablement, or knowledge management, with proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives. You'll implement AI-driven frameworks and workflows to streamline readiness access and tracking, oversee the new hire training framework for Global Support, and establish content governance systems that prioritize accuracy and accessibility. Working with a Readiness Specialist (coordination role, not people management), you'll design scalable processes using AI and automation, define success metrics, and lead retrospectives to codify learnings from major launches. This is ideal for someone who moves fluidly across functions, is passionate about leveraging AI to improve processes, and thrives in autonomous remote environments.
