ROLE SNAPSHOT
The ASPCA is hiring a Senior Director, Operational Alignment to serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Operations Officer and help drive alignment across high-priority initiatives within the Operations Division. This role oversees the operational and administrative functions of the Office of the COO, ensuring that projects, budgets, communications, and processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the organization’s mission and long-term strategy.
In addition to supporting divisional priorities, this role plays a key role in enabling the Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team by coordinating meetings, retreats, and cross-functional initiatives that support informed decision-making and organizational alignment. The Senior Director leads a small team and collaborates closely with leaders across Facilities, IT, People, and Strategy to translate organizational priorities into actionable plans, metrics, and outcomes.
This role is ideal for a senior operations leader with deep experience in cross-functional alignment, executive-level support, and operational systems who thrives in complex, mission-driven organizations.
