ROLE SNAPSHOT

Amplify is hiring a Regional Vice President, Customer Success and Development to lead the holistic customer journey across Inside regional accounts and small accounts (~500 accounts), bridging commercial account health and educational impact by leading both Customer Success and Professional Development teams. You'll set the Digital Success strategy for high-volume portfolios, manage a diverse team of Digital Success Managers, PD staff, and contingent specialists, oversee the entire post-sales lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, drive regional revenue growth and retention, manage budgets and resource allocation, and leverage Gainsight, Salesforce, and data analytics to inform strategic decisions. This senior leadership role requires 10+ years of management experience with 5+ years leading Customer Success teams, proven track record managing large teams (20+ reports), 8+ years in small account management with scaled engagement models, and 3+ years designing or operating pooled/tech-touch models.
