ROLE SNAPSHOT

Zapier is hiring a Sr. Product Manager for Chat & Knowledge to own product strategy for existing Chat and Knowledge surfaces (Chatbots product and synchronous chat experience in Agents). You'll build clear recommendations for how these pieces evolve including implications for existing customers, revenue, and pricing, work through ambiguous organizational boundaries to align adjacent product teams and secure leadership buy-in, build business cases and success metrics for your recommended path, balance speed with care to validate assumptions while protecting customer outcomes and revenue, and communicate clearly so the company understands where Chat & Knowledge is going and why.


Experience required: Solid experience with AI or conversational products having shipped user-facing AI products, chatbots, or knowledge tools, strong ability to navigate complicated organizational situations involving multiple teams and legacy constraints, pragmatic and outcome-oriented approach prioritizing ruthlessly and documenting tradeoffs, and effective written communication in remote-first environments.
