WHAT YOU'LL DO:
College Board is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Digital Assessment Experience, a strategic, user-centered product leader to lead a core, end user-facing experience within College Board's digital assessment platform shaping how students, educators, and institutions engage with tools that enable secure, accessible, and meaningful assessment at scale. You'll establish and maintain clear strategy and roadmap for your product area that drives measurable improvements in student and educator experiences while aligning with College Board's broader digital strategy, use data, research, and feedback to identify and prioritize opportunities that deliver highest-value outcomes for users, lead user discovery and experimentation to uncover unmet needs, test new concepts, and validate product hypotheses before scaling, translate product goals and strategy into clear, iterative set of experiments and delivery plan that delivers measurable improvements in user experience, define clear hypotheses and measurable success criteria, lead experimentation and rapid learning cycles with end users, continuously refine priorities and delivery plan based on data, research, and performance metrics, and collaborate daily with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to shorten feedback loops, accelerate delivery, and ensure critical features are intuitive and perform reliably at scale.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
8+ years product management or related experience with proven track record leading products within SaaS enterprise platforms, deep understanding of secure, large-scale, and complex systems with proven experience in K-12 assessments or educational technology environments, proven ability to drive measurable business and user outcomes through discovery and delivery, experience collaborating closely with designers, engineers, content strategists and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver intuitive and reliable user experiences, high attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to produce clear, precise documentation, strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple dependencies and priorities effectively, experience leading pilots and experiments to test and validate user-facing capabilities, familiarity with accessibility standards and UX best practices, and ability to travel 5-7 times a year to College Board offices.
