ROLE SNAPSHOT
Red Hat is hiring a Senior Sales Incentives Analyst for Sales Incentives Accruals and Financial Modeling to manage financial planning, accruals, and forecasting of sales incentive programs. You'll lead end-to-end financial oversight of sales incentive programs including accruals, forecasting, and variance analysis, develop and maintain accurate accrual models to ensure appropriate financial recognition of incentive costs, lead forecasting processes for sales incentives expenses in partnership with Finance and Sales Operations, design and refine accrual methodologies for different sales compensation structures, and conduct deep financial analysis on incentive program performance and payout trends.
Experience required: 10+ years in sales incentives compensation, finance, FP&A, or related analytical roles, experience managing incentive accruals, forecasting, or commission expense modeling, strong understanding of sales compensation structures and incentive plan mechanics, advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities, and strong Excel or financial modeling tools expertise.
