ROLE SNAPSHOT

MultiCare is hiring a Capital Planning Financial Analyst II to work with the Finance Division team, Directors, and Managers throughout the health system gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to support the organization's Finance, monthly accounting close, and annual budget processes. You'll perform general ledger accounting within a large ERP system with understanding of balance sheet accounts particularly fixed asset accounts, handle projects spend and obligation reconciliation, analysis and reporting, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including project managers, procurement, finance and leadership, support capital budgets, forecasts, and long-range capital plans, and ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and governance requirements.


Experience required: Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field (equivalent applicable experience may be considered), minimum 2 years experience in finance and/or financial analysis (preferably in healthcare setting), and systems experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
