Progressive is hiring a Senior/Lead SailPoint Developer to support and advance its enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities within the Enterprise Technology Services Security team. This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and enhancing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions while translating complex business requirements into secure, scalable identity workflows and integrations. The position includes hands-on development, application integrations, security component deployment, and participation in modernization initiatives aimed at reducing technical debt and expanding cloud adoption. This is a highly technical role suited for experienced IAM professionals who enjoy solving complex security challenges in a large enterprise environment.
