ROLE SNAPSHOT
Amplify is hiring a Software Engineer to join its Literacy Assessments engineering team, building scalable, high-impact systems used by teachers and students nationwide. This role spans both front-end and back-end development and supports products that assess reading ability, deliver student performance reporting, and improve reliability of educator-facing tools. Engineers work in cross-functional teams alongside product managers, designers, data scientists, and education experts, with involvement from early ideation through production release. The work directly impacts educational equity and learning outcomes at scale.
