ROLE SNAPSHOT

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a Senior Manager, API Solutions & Gateway to lead the API Solutions & Gateway team and operate the enterprise API platform, enabling domain-aligned teams to deliver secure, scalable APIs and integrations through standardized platform capabilities. You'll lead API gateway and platform strategy, roadmap, and operational performance, establish domain enablement model with enforceable architectural guardrails, implement governance through automation including policy-as-code and CI/CD quality gates, own end-to-end API observability with centralized logs/metrics/traces, establish reliability engineering practices with SLO/SLI definition, and partner with Security, Architecture, and domain leadership on platform controls and risk posture. This role requires 7+ years in API platforms or integration engineering with 3+ years leading teams, proven ownership of production API gateway supporting high request volumes, deep API security expertise (OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, mTLS), and MuleSoft Anypoint experience strongly preferred.
