ROLE SNAPSHOT

GiveDirectly is hiring a Senior Manager, Data (Fundraising & Marketing) to serve as primary strategic data partner to fundraising and marketing teams, combining deep fundraising context with technical expertise to define metrics, establish source-of-truth data, and build leveraged data products. You'll directly own data modeling and transformation work within the data lakehouse, build curated data models powering reporting and forecasting, define and standardize core fundraising KPIs (retention, LTV, revenue forecasting), design robust warehouse data models serving as source of truth, build and maintain revenue forecasts and donor cohort models, conduct deep-dive analyses into donor retention and churn patterns, and collaborate with data engineers to improve data quality and access. This senior IC role requires 8+ years in analytics or data science driving marketing/growth/fundraising performance, advanced SQL skills with production-grade data modeling experience, strong Python proficiency, and experience building forecasting models and running experiments.
