ROLE SNAPSHOT

EasyLlama is hiring a Manager of Customer Success to oversee a team of 5-6 talented CSMs ensuring customers achieve measurable value from their HR compliance training platform serving 5,000+ clients including Shake Shack, WeightWatchers, and Sephora. You'll lead and manage daily operations of the Customer Success team, coach and develop team members on renewal mechanics and account management best practices, oversee renewal and expansion opportunities supporting CSMs in driving growth and minimizing churn, manage customer escalations with solutions-oriented approach, maintain forecasting accuracy providing visibility into renewal pipelines, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive alignment on customer needs. This leadership role requires proven people management experience developing high-performing teams, skill in renewal and expansion strategy with strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, passion for coaching and actionable feedback, and SaaS Customer Success experience managing similar-sized teams with CRM-based forecasting (HubSpot preferred).
