ROLE SNAPSHOT
The ASPCA is hiring a Senior IT Project Manager to lead high-impact, large-scale initiatives across IT Operations, Information Security (Cyber), and Technical Support. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional technology projects that support a highly distributed workforce and mission-critical systems used nationwide.
Reporting to the Senior Director of IT Business Operations, this role provides strategic oversight, hands-on project leadership, and process improvement across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT initiatives. The Senior IT Project Manager partners closely with internal stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Communications, and Technology to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational values.
This position is well-suited for an experienced IT project leader who thrives in complex environments, balances multiple workstreams, and enjoys building scalable, compliant, and well-documented systems in support of a mission-driven organization.
