ROLE SNAPSHOT
Zoom is hiring a Litigation Counsel to support their litigation team by managing processes, coordinating communications, and handling matters across data privacy, securities, consumer class actions, intellectual property, and commercial litigation. You'll triage requests, lead fact investigations for pre-litigation and regulatory matters, manage responses to subpoenas and third-party disputes, and draft pleadings, discovery responses, and settlement agreements for routine matters. This role involves leading eDiscovery efforts (document collection, review, and production), managing litigation holds and retention processes, overseeing trademark/copyright/patent portfolio management across multiple jurisdictions, and leveraging generative AI tools to streamline litigation methodologies while coordinating with external counsel on budgets and case management.
