ROLE SNAPSHOT
Zapier is hiring a Principal Growth Marketer to drive expansion and pipeline growth across mid-market and enterprise segments. This high-impact individual contributor role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution—you'll own growth experiments across multiple channels (ads, web, email, outbound, in-app) while unifying product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led growth (SLG) strategies. The ideal candidate brings proven experience running signal-driven experiments using PLG product data and external account signals, paired with strong analytical rigor and commercial modeling skills. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Demand Gen, RevOps, Sales, and Data teams to build repeatable playbooks and drive measurable pipeline increases. This role offers significant autonomy and high-leverage impact at a profitable, fast-growing automation platform.
