ROLE SNAPSHOT

Spectrum Science is hiring 2026 college graduates for their Fellowship Program, a full-time position with opportunities across Client Services and Project Management departments. During your first three months, you'll be part of the Fellowship Program focusing on learning about Spectrum, healthcare communications, clients, and their brands through on-the-job training and a custom-designed development program. You'll participate in specific training programs relevant to your job function and the industry, support innovative brands and clients in the healthcare space, work collaboratively as a member of a team to showcase skills in a capstone project or case study, and receive guidance and mentorship from some of the best and brightest in the industry.

Experience required: Must be a 2026 collegiate graduate, able to start working full-time in July 2026, strong interest in healthcare and/or healthcare communications, prior internship experience preferred, excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to excel in a team environment as well as work independently.
