ROLE SNAPSHOT
Remote is hiring a Senior Product Designer to join its Pay Ecosystem team, one of the company’s most strategically important product areas. This role focuses on designing complex, high-impact payroll and payment experiences that enable companies to pay global teams compliantly and at scale. The position requires deep end-to-end product design ownership, including research, strategy, interaction design, and high-fidelity execution. Designers in this role work closely with product managers and engineers to solve complex systems problems, leverage AI prototyping, and deliver scalable, accessible user experiences. This is a highly autonomous role within a mature, globally distributed design organization, ideal for designers experienced in complex B2B SaaS domains such as HRTech or FinTech.
