ROLE SNAPSHOT
Proof is hiring a GTM Engineer to design, build, and operate AI-driven workflows that generate, prioritize, and activate pipeline for their Revenue Operations team. You'll create end-to-end workflows handling prospect research, enrichment, prioritization, and sequencing, build and deploy a minimum of two new Clay playbooks per week, use buying signals and intent data to inform personalization at scale, and partner with Revenue Marketing to translate campaign themes into outbound automations. This hands-on builder role requires current or former AE/SDR/BDR experience, 2+ years building multi-step workflows in Clay, Zapier, or Make.com, SQL proficiency, API/webhook configuration skills, and the ability to support pipeline targets with a baseline 35% lead-to-meeting conversion rate.
