ROLE SNAPSHOT

MultiCare is hiring a Self Pay Liaison to perform detailed analytical and statistical review of self-pay accounts receivable and billing systems while serving as the direct contact for vendor management. You'll act as the liaison between self-pay vendors and the Manager of Patient Financial Experience, identifying, researching, analyzing, and resolving self-pay A/R problems with minimum supervision. This technical position requires working directly with Epic Application Analysts, vendor IT teams, and various internal departments including Patient Care Teams, Medical Records, and Revenue Integrity, plus managing external relationships with insurance payers and vendor executives.
