ROLE SNAPSHOT

MultiCare is hiring a Supervisor of Insurance Verification/Authorizations to lead staff responsible for identifying and securing financial resources for healthcare services requiring authorizations, insurance verification, and precertification across the health system. You'll ensure the highest quality standards for authorizations and verifications, implement industry best practices to minimize payment denials, manage denial prevention, and collaborate with system leaders, clinical teams, and payer representatives to create effective referral and authorization processes. This role requires direct supervision of daily operations while modeling leadership behaviors that achieve business success.
