ROLE SNAPSHOT
Kit is hiring their first Senior Revenue Operations Manager to build the systems, processes, and insights that enable go-to-market teams to drive predictable revenue growth from $50M to $100M ARR. You'll be the strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer, establishing the foundation for how revenue operations scale by optimizing HubSpot administration, building sales dashboards, establishing lead routing and attribution between product-led and sales-led motions, and enabling Creator Growth Managers to track expansion opportunities. This foundational role requires deep HubSpot expertise, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success, plus the ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
