WHAT YOU'LL DO

Health-E Commerce is hiring a Tech Operations Intern to join their Information Technology team gaining hands-on experience supporting technical support initiatives in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You'll log and track IT tickets using a help desk or ticketing system, provide first-line technical support for end-user issues, assist with onboarding/offboarding processes such as equipment setup and account requests, help set up and manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions, troubleshoot and escalate IT-related problems as needed and/or gather incident reports into Power BI to identify root of problems, maintain and update documentation on IT processes and procedures, support automation efforts using scripting languages (Java or Python) to streamline operational tasks, and assist with building and improving CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment efficiency.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Must be rising Junior or Senior enrolled in university or college co-op program with focus in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, detail-oriented and organized, ability to handle confidential information, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy, and must be able to work EST hours.
