ROLE SNAPSHOT
College Board is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Vice Presidents of Psychometrics and Assessment Design & Development, serving leaders who oversee a combined staff of over 100 employees within the Learning & Assessment division. You'll manage complex calendars proactively identifying and addressing conflicts, coordinate travel, lodging, and logistics for both VPs, prepare and reconcile expense reports, plan and execute logistics for in-person meetings and events (leadership meetings, retreats, SAT review committees, technical advisory sessions), partner with internal teams on event planning and materials preparation, and maintain shared documentation and templates for meeting scheduling and coordination. This role requires 2-4 years of executive or administrative support experience (preferably supporting senior leaders), mastery of Microsoft Outlook, Slack, Zoom, and expense management systems (Concur), excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail, and collaborative customer-service mindset with ability to balance priorities across multiple stakeholders.
