WHAT YOU'LL DO
ASPCA is hiring a Salesforce Technical Lead to serve as the primary technical authority for the Information Technology Salesforce instance overseeing the entire software development lifecycle including planning, design, development, testing, and ongoing support leading a team of Salesforce professionals. You'll lead and manage a team of 3 employees including Senior Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Developer, and Salesforce Administrator/Release Manager, lead and be responsible for planning, development, and implementation of custom and scalable Salesforce solutions, translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage Salesforce platform and products, oversee creation and management of administration processes including workflows, validation rules, approval processes, assignment rules, processes, and flows, identify synergies and opportunities for optimization and templatization of code, and oversee CI/CD processes working closely with Administrator/Release Manager on pipeline management using Gearset.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
High School Diploma or GED, 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience, 2+ years as people manager leading and managing technical teams, experience acting in Technical Lead role using Agile development methodologies, Salesforce Platform Developer I and II Certifications required (Application Architect or System Architect certifications preferred), advanced proficiency with Force.com Platform (Apex, VisualForce, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, Unit Testing), and advanced proficiency with Salesforce Lightning and configuring Lightning Web Components and Flow Builder.
