ROLE SNAPSHOT
The ASPCA is hiring a Director of Database Operations to lead and evolve the Development department’s CRM and data ecosystem, including Salesforce, a data warehouse, and multiple integrated fundraising systems. Reporting to the Senior Director of Data Strategy & Operations, this role oversees data architecture, system performance, governance, and enhancements that directly support fundraising effectiveness and long-term organizational growth.
This is a senior leadership role with people management responsibilities, ownership of Salesforce (including Nonprofit Cloud), ETL pipelines, reporting infrastructure, and vendor integrations. The position plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity, enabling KPI-driven decision-making, and modernizing the organization’s data operations through technology, innovation, and strong governance.
