Allstate is hiring a Process Intelligence Consultant to support enterprise-wide customer experience and operational transformation initiatives. In this role, you’ll lead and contribute to cross-functional projects focused on improving efficiency, reducing complexity, and enhancing end-to-end customer journeys using data-driven insights and process intelligence tools.
This position blends industrial engineering, process mining, and consulting-style problem solving, with a strong emphasis on translating complex data into actionable recommendations for both technical and executive stakeholders.
